MDL SERIES HIGH TURBULENCE BATCH MIXERS
Horizontal blade mixers of the MDL series meet the demands of discontinuous mixing in many applications. The cylindrical geometry of the mixer and the use of appropriately shaped mixing knives impart turbulence to the powders to be mixed, which leads to a high degree of homogenisation. The very short mixing times make it a reliable, durable and above all effective product.
- The range of these mixers guarantees batches from 20 litres up to 7 m³ per work cycle
MDG SERIES HIGH TURBULENCE CONTINUOUS MIXERS
The MDG continuous mixer is suitable for mixing powders, flakes, granular or viscous products also and especially with liquid additives.
The turbulence created inside the chamber by specially profiled ploughshares allows homogenous mixing even between products with extremely different specific weights and grain sizes, with a very short residence time, to achieve flow rates of up to 80/100m3/h.
A variant of the mixing tools, together with the constant feed of solid and liquid products, allows the production of perfectly homogenous regular granules. Even in this case, the hourly output is maintained at around 80/100m3/h.
