The MDN series of horizontal four-helix opposed-helix mixers are the simple and essential proposal for homogeneous and repeatable batch mixing in a short time, even with small quantities of product. The low turbulence generated by a reduced tool rotation speed maintains the integrity of fragile and delicate raw materials. The mixer’s clean geometry consisting of a U-section truogy allows for easy installation as well as the application of a full range of accessories such as injectors for liquid additives and heat exchange cavities to cool or heat the mixed mixture.
